This month, Kids World Kindy centres across NSW have rolled out the use of a new app, Xplor Playground, to simplify the management of childcare finances and subsidies for our families.
“We recognise today’s parents have a lot on their plates juggling work and family commitments each and every day, and anything we can do to ease the load improves our services,” said Lienna Mandic, Director, Kids World Kindy.
The Xplor Playground app creates a convenient, seamless and secure connection with parents. No more consolidating or storing records of childcare payments and eligible subsidies. It’s all in the app along with booking and enrolment functions. Parents can download the Xplor Playground app from their app store, or login online here.
Playground’s Messenger feature also enables the children’s educators to stay in touch with families during the course of the day. This easy connection encourages a stronger connection between educators and families — which in turn builds an even stronger nurturing environment for the children.
For the time being, Kids World Kindy will continue to use Kinderloop to share daily photos, our program and individual observation and planning records.
